06 – Hilary Noonan talks soil

Little did I know that we are quickly destroying our earth. In this case I am not referring to the planet, but our Earth’s earth, the soil. Hilary Noonan, Yale grad, with a Masters from Kansas State University in Landscape Architecture has become something of an expert in soil. She takes me on an eye opening tour of our country and world, exploring how and why we are literally killing the soil that feeds us. It is a fascinating story, one whose lessons we should all learn. If we don’t pay more attention to what we are doing to our soil, we will have much more barren land and much more expensive food on our tables.

I am a serial adventurer, an entrepreneur. a dad, a politician, an artist, an athlete, and a coach. I am always seeking to learn something new, something I do not know. I am also an owner. I have had enough. It is time for me to take a more forceful stand. I am starting a war of sorts. A war to fight this infection that is consuming too much of our lives. I will do EVERYTHING I can to bring people together to think bigger, wider, higher and lower. I cannot stand the ignorance and fear that is guiding too much of the world around us. I ask you to join me. Let's partner together to build something that will stand against all the anger.
